Ben Pilehvar is a seasoned civil engineer, developer, and global strategist with more than two decades of experience in large-scale real estate, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. As Vice President of Rozhina Development Group, Ben leads our international investment initiatives and oversees some of our most ambitious urban development projects across Ontario and beyond.

Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and has managed multi-million-dollar residential and infrastructure ventures in both Canada and international markets.
