As President of Rozhina Development Group Inc., Ralph brings a practical, hands-on approach to every phase of the development process—from land acquisition and planning approvals to architectural design, construction, and homeowner handover. 

Over the course of his career, he has delivered over 6,000 residential units and led the creation of five master-planned communities across Ontario.
